Event Participation Guidelines

We love partnering with retailers to create engaging events that help educate pet parents, drive store traffic, and grow raw feeding awareness. To ensure each event is successful and impactful, we’ve outlined the qualifications for participation and the support we provide during approved retailer events.

How We Participate

For approved retailer events, we provide the following support:

  • 15% off all frozen and freeze-dried foods
  • 1 Swag Gift Bag valued at $150
  • While we do not offer product samples, retailers may receive:
    • Treat pouches
    • Protein Bites treats (subject to availability)

Qualifications

To qualify for retailer event participation, retailers must meet the following requirements:

  • Maintain an average monthly sales volume of $850 or more over the past 3 months
  • Have recent participation in educational courses
  • Maintain recent communication with their RSS
  • Events are limited to 2 retailer events per year, per retailer
  • Events may not run longer than 3 days
